1. How to purchase
Shopping at www.juniorgs.com is very easy. Choose the products you wish to purchase. To do this, browse the category menu and click on the picture of the product you wish to view or purchase. After you have chosen a product you are interested in, you can add it to your shopping basket.
Once you have selected all the products you wish to purchase and indicated the quantities, click on the "Basket" button at the top right.
Now follow the instructions on the screen, and provide us with the information we need to process your order (your name, address, delivery address, etc). If you already have an account with www.juniorgs.com you do not need to fill in your details again - just use your code and password to log in to your account. Then follow these four steps:
- Select a shipping method (mail or express service). Express shipping is unavailable for some locations. You can also change the delivery address on this screen.
- Select a payment method (credit card, bank transfer or PayPal).
- Review your order. If you have chosen to pay via credit card or PayPal, you will be redirected to PayPal's secure website to process the payment. When you complete your order, we will send you a confirmation email with all the details of your order.
- Confirm your order.
2. Prices
The prices are those shown at www.juniorgs.com (except in cases of typing errors). All prices include 21% VAT. Due to their special tax regime, all sales to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are not subject to VAT (customs clearance costs and import taxes are not included in the price of the item or in the shipping price, and must be paid at the destination by the receiver of the goods).
3. Shipping costs and methods
There are various shipping methods you can choose from. The alternatives available and the shipping costs are as follows. Shipping is usually by courier. You can also choose the standard mail option for some products.
Shipping costs and methods for Spain (mainland) and the Balearic Islands
The following shipping costs only apply to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands.
Urgent courier service
The package is delivered to the customer's address and shipping takes 2 to 4 working days. Shipping may take longer for some products, depending on the product description and availability. We recommend this option when it is available.
Mail (Paquete Azul service)
Shipping by the Paquete Azul service takes 6 to 10 working days. Some products may take longer depending on product description and availability.
Shipping costs and methods for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla
Orders shipping to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla will be sent via the Spanish Post Office service.
VAT will not be charged on sales to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla; however, the customs system will apply the relevant duties. We will under no circumstances be able to ascertain the tax payable by the client upon receipt of the order as it depends on local duties. Please inquire about local procedures and duties. All possible taxes and additional charges shall be payable by the client.
4. Delivery Times
The delivery time for products will be from 2 to 4 days for the Express service, and between 6 and 10 days through the Spanish Post Office for products that are in stock in our warehouses. We will always inform you of the approximate delivery time for products that are out of stock in our warehouses. This may range from 5 to 12 days after confirmation of the order. The delivery time will be calculated based on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
The delivery time for the Canary Islands is a further 7 working days because they are only sent by the Spanish Post Office.
The delivery times shown are approximate.
If we are unable to fulfil these delivery times, we will let you know immediately and give you a new delivery date or if we cannot provide you with the product, we will cancel the order and refund your payment in full.
5. Payment Security
We offer various secure payment methods for our customers' peace of mind.
You can choose between the following payment methods:
Payment by bank transfer: You will be able to pay the total purchase amount by bank transfer. In payments by bank transfer, the exact amount to be transferred will be confirmed by e-mail when you place your order. Payment for the order by bank transfer must be made to Junior Derqui, S.L.U. to the account shown in the confirmation email within 5 working days of placing the order. When making the transfer or deposit, do not forget to indicate the same name you gave us in the order form and the order number, so we can see where the amount comes from easily.
We will start work on your order after we receive confirmation of the payment from our bank. The delivery time is calculated from this date. Please remember that many banks and savings banks allow you to make bank transfers using the Internet.
Payment through PayPal: Online payment transactions are carried out through the intermediary PayPal with a secure server, based on the SSL standard, which ensures the complete confidentiality of the data.
The method of payment must be chosen at the time of purchase.

PayPal is the most reliable, fast and easy payment service for sending payments to any merchant registered with PayPal. When the payment is sent, PayPal charges the buyer's credit card for the specified amount, and sends the money to the registered merchant at the same time, if the transaction is authorised.
It takes less then two minutes to make the payment, and the person sending the money does not need to have a PayPal account.
The purchaser completes an electronic payment form to send the money to the registered merchant -Junior Derqui, S.L.U.- when they purchase a product. The purchaser and the merchant receive an email with details of the payment made.
The purchaser also registers as a user when they fill out the form. And you can access your specific PayPal account to view transactions made usinig your account.

6. My Account
Your account with www.juniorgs.com has the following features:
- Logging into your account lets you check the status of your order.
- A permanent shopping basket: any product you add to your basket will remain there until you remove it or purchase it.
- Multiple addresses: you can choose another shipping address, to send a gift directly to the recipient, for example.
- Order history: access your purchase history.
- My Account: you can change your billing and shipping information.
- Future orders: you can easily log in to place future orders, by entering your code and password (no need to fill in your details again).
