If the goods are defective when they arrive, the client must contact us within 48 hours to solve the problem.
If the change is due to an error by the client (a mistake when placing the order), the shipping costs will be payable by the client.
If the error is due to Junior Derqui, S.L.U. the client will receive the goods ordered at no additional cost.
